What are the cost for your services?
• Cost of work will be quoted based on the complexity of the job and the level of skill, tools and site setup required.
Is there a deposit required for the project?
• If the total cost of your project is more than $500 (labour, materials & tax), a 50% deposit is required after the estimate is approved. The remainder is due upon completion of the project.
What if my job is bigger than your services can provide?
• If after careful review of your requirements and best outcomes it may be determined that a job is too large, complex or requires licensed trades to do the work. We will recommend the level of skills or services required and can assist with locating competent providers. We are available to manage these projects if you require someone to schedule, oversee and approve the work and ensure it is of a high standard.
What form of payments do you accept?
• We accept the following payment types: e-Transfer, Cash, All Major Credit Cards.
Do you have a labour warranty?
• We stand behind our work with a two-year guarantee.
Are you licensed & insured?
• We are fully licensed and insured with no past infractions or issues.
Does Handy Andy Pro get on tall ladders?
• Due to safety concerns, we do not get on a ladders higher than 10 feet. (We do not get on roofs)

• We service & repair houses, apartments, townhouses & condos.
What area do you serve?
• Welland, Port Colborne, Wainfleet, Thorold, Fonthill, St Catharines & Niagara Falls.
